Town Meeting Schedules
The Town Board meets monthly on the second (2nd) Tuesday of the month. The meeting is at the Plymouth Town Hall and starts at 7 pm. Meetings are open to the general public. Contact Town Clerk for information.

Licenses and Permits
Forms are sent with property tax bills in December. Forms are also available at the Town Hall or Contact Town Treasurer, Kristina Bennett@ 290-0118 (Please see Forms and Permit page for the Dog License Application Form)
Contact the Town Building Inspector, MZIS, at 920-675-9062 to obtain a building permit.
A Zoning Permit is required before a Building Permit will be issued if it is new construction or an addition, alternation, or improvement to the outside of an existing structure. Contact Planning and Zoning Chairperson who is also the Zoning Officer for a zoning permit.

A raze permit is required anytime a building or structure is taken down. This will allow the assessor to remove the structure from the property's assessment.

Garbage and Recycling
Waste Management is contracted by the Town to provide roadside waste pickup every Friday and recycling pickup every other Friday. If a holiday falls earlier in the week, pickup will be the following day. There is also monthly large item pickup available. Call Waste Management to let them know you have a large item.

Carts were distributed to all residences in the Town of Plymouth. All carts stay with the property. If your cart is damaged or worn out or you are in a brand new house, contact Waste Management at 888-960-0008.
A special charge is placed on property tax statement for all properties with a residence. The amount of the charge is determined by the actual cost to the Town for the service.
About Notices
In addition to this web site, public notices are posted at the Plymouth Town Hall. If a notice is required to be posted in 3 places, it will also be posted at Plymouth Sanitary District #1 Office and Kenneth S Wells American Legion Post 209. The Brodhead Independent Register is used when there is a legal requirement to publish in a newspaper.

Contact the Rock County Planning & Development Department @ 757-5587. All address signs need to be the two-sided flag style placed perpendicular to the roadway per the Rock County Address Ordinance.

Town of Plymouth is in the Orfordville Fire District which provides fire and EMS service to the Town. There are mutual aid agreements with surrounding fire departments who also provide service when needed.

Statutes, as the legal custodian of records for the Town of Plymouth except that elected officials are the custodians of their own records of office and chairpersons of committees of elected officials are custodians of the records of the committee. The public may obtain information and access to records in the custody of the Clerk, make requests for records, or obtain copies of records, and learn the costs of obtaining copies of records from the Town Clerk as follows: The Town Clerk does not maintain regular office hours at the location where records of the Town are kept. The Town Clerk will permit access to Town records in the custody of the Clerk upon at least 48 hours' written or oral notice to the Town Clerk of the intent to inspect or copy a record of the Town.
